Discreet Shipping, Duh

We ship your order in plain packaging with a sender name of “L.L. Products” because we know you don’t want the whole neighborhood finding out you’re doing things with aliens, unicorns, or worse, making an unpublic part of your body glow in the dark. But hey — we’re not responsible if you forget to close the curtains. What happens inside is your business (and probably someone’s fantasy)

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more before taxes and discounts.

US Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

For orders under $75, shipping rates and shipping times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

Yes! We now ship internationally. 🌍

At this time, Lewd Lube does not collect or pay VAT, customs duties, or import taxes, so international customers are responsible for any additional fees charged by their country upon delivery. This will remain the case until our checkout system is updated to collect these fees automatically.

For international orders, we only offer Priority Shipping—because we don’t want your lube sitting on a boat forever. The flat-rate international shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

For larger-than-average international orders (those with unusually high weight or volume), an additional shipping charge may apply. If this occurs, we’ll contact you with an updated total before your order ships. This only applies to very large orders.

Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after 3 PM (CST) may be processed the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please check your SPAM folder if you did not receive the confirmation message.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for future updates!

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order is shipped it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If the carrier shows that your package was delivered but you do not have it in your possession, please follow these steps:

• Check with your leasing office or mailroom if you live in an apartment complex.
• Check with neighbors in case it was handed to the wrong address.
• Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number and request that they open an investigation.

We are a small business and the help we can offer is very limited. We cannot file claims on your behalf and we cannot replace or refund orders that show as delivered. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered from our end as well.

Any chargeback filed for an order that shows as delivered will be disputed. We will submit all documentation, tracking information, and correspondence to the bank as proof of delivery.
