Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lewd Lube, we take pride in providing high-quality products designed for your pleasure and comfort. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a strict no returns and no refunds policy to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.

All Sales Are Final

For health and safety reasons, all sales are final on opened products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened or used.

Unopened and unused products may be returned at the customer’s expense if you change your mind or ordered incorrectly. Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit. To process your claim, we may require:

A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product.
Your order number and details.

Product Integrity & Handling

Our products are made with high-quality ingredients and appropriate preservation systems and are designed to remain stable for extended periods (typically up to 1–2 years when unopened and stored properly).

However, once a product has been opened and used, we cannot control the conditions it is exposed to.

Changes in product condition may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Exposure to air or leaving the cap open
Introduction of foreign substances (cross-contamination)
Transferring product between containers
Storage in extreme temperatures (heat, cold, or humidity)

Because these variables cannot be verified after delivery, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any claims related to product changes or degradation reported after the initial 48-hour inspection window.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not been processed for shipping. Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or modified.

FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACK POLICY

Any chargeback filed for an order that shows as delivered will be disputed and we may potentially seek reimbursement through legal means

Statement of Policy:

To protect our business and keep prices low for honest customers, Lewd Lewb (DBA under Sensual Signature LLC) maintains a zero tolerance policy for “Friendly Fraud.” Fraudulent chargebacks are treated as a breach of contract.

Action Taken:

In cases where a chargeback is filed for goods that have been successfully delivered (as confirmed by carrier tracking), we reserve the right to:

Submit evidence of delivery and other evidence of legitimate orders to the financial institution.
File a criminal report for theft by deception or coercion with local law enforcement and the FBI (IC3), where applicable.
Initiate a small claims lawsuit in our local jurisdiction to recover the product cost, chargeback fees, and any associated legal or administrative expenses.
If a financial institution approves a fraudulent chargeback despite proof of delivery, the bank will be reported to the FTC and CFPB for enabling unfair business practices and failing to prevent fraud. This action aims to force the institutions compliance department to address the facilitation of civil theft as at a federal level.
Your account will be restricted from making future purchases on this website, as well as any of our other ecommerce websites under Sensual Signature LLC and other holdings by the founder.

RISK OF FUTURE CHARGEBACK LIIMITATIONS

Please be aware that payment processors may limit a customer’s ability to submit future chargebacks if fraudulent claims are substantiated by sufficient evidence we are committed to resolving disputes fairly but will not be held financially responsible for chargebacks resulting from fraudulent activity.
