Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lewd Lube, we take pride in providing high-quality products designed for your pleasure and comfort. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a strict no returns and no refunds policy to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.

All Sales Are Final

For health and safety reasons, all sales are final on opened products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened or used.

Unopened and unused products may be returned at the customer’s expense if you change your mind or ordered incorrectly. Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit. To process your claim, we may require:

• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product.
• Your order number and details.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not been processed for shipping. Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery errors. However, if your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out, and we will assist you in contacting the carrier.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We are always happy to resolve any issues directly. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can assist you quickly.

In the event a chargeback or payment dispute is opened without first contacting us, please be aware that we submit full documentation to the cardholder’s bank, including order details, shipping confirmation, delivery scans, and communication history. This documentation is used by the bank to determine the validity of the dispute.
