Lewd Lewb Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 3/31/2025
By signing up for the Lewd Lewb Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between you (“Affiliate,” “you”) and Lewd Lewb (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Program Overview
The Lewd Lewb Affiliate Program rewards creators, influencers, and lube-loving weirdos for promoting our products. Affiliates earn commission on qualified sales generated through their unique affiliate links or coupon codes.
2. Commission Structure
Starting Commission: 10% of the subtotal on qualifying purchases.
Tier 2 Commission: Upgraded to 20% once you’ve generated [Insert threshold – e.g., $250 or 10 sales].
Tier 3 Commission (Super Affiliate): 30% for affiliates with consistent high-volume sales, at our discretion.
Tracking: Commissions are tracked through cookies and/or coupon codes, typically valid for 30 days.
You will receive full commission details in your dashboard.
3. Payouts
Payments are issued monthly via PayPal
Minimum payout threshold: $25
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. We are not liable for failed payments due to incorrect info.
4. Free Product Incentives
Top-performing affiliates may be selected to receive free product packages for content creation or review. These selections are made at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed for all participants.
5. Prizes & Contests
We may host periodic affiliate contests and giveaways. Contest rules, eligibility, and prizes will be announced through our affiliate communications. All prizes are subject to verification of performance.
6. Brand & Product Idea Submissions
Affiliates may submit original ideas for product names, label concepts, or themed lubricants. If we choose to develop a product based on your submission, and it is deemed a qualifying concept, you may be entitled to:
A fixed percentage of sales (licensing fee), regardless of whether you promote it.
Recognition as a Brand Collaborator.
Terms will be outlined in a separate agreement per submission.
All submissions must be original, and by submitting, you agree that we may use and adapt your idea commercially.
7. Multi-Level Affiliate (Optional Tier)
Our system may allow multi-level affiliate tracking, meaning:
If you refer another affiliate who joins and makes sales, you may earn a small override commission on their sales (e.g., 2–5%).
This structure, if enabled, will be made visible in your dashboard and may be rolled out selectively.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify this feature at any time.
Note: This is not an MLM program. Earnings are based solely on legitimate product sales.
8. Acceptable Promotion Practices
Affiliates may promote Lewd Lewb using:
Social media, memes, reels, and videos
Email newsletters
Blogs and websites
Private communities or groups
However, you may not:
Misrepresent our brand
Use hate speech, discrimination, or misinformation
Engage in spammy or unethical marketing
Purchase ads on our behalf without written permission
We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts violating these rules.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to remove affiliates from the program at our discretion, especially for inactivity, abuse, or behavior that reflects poorly on our brand. You may also remove yourself from the program at any time.
10. Modification of Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or affiliate dashboard notifications. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
