Join the Splat Pack Street Team!
The Splat Pack Street Team is our live, in-person partner program — basically the same as our online partner program, just done face-to-face at events. Right now, we’re running in Austin, San Marcos, and surrounding cities, with plans to expand into other cities and states soon.
Here’s how it works:
Pay & Commission: You’ll earn a $50 base pay for a typical 4-hour shift (sometimes more if the event runs longer). On top of that, you also get 25% commission on all sales you make.
Outside Events: If you choose to keep promoting on your own time (like through social media or word-of-mouth), you’ll still earn the 25% commission, but without the $50 base rate.
Growth Potential: The more events you work — and the more sales you make — the more you can earn. And as we branch out to other areas, there may be opportunities to help lead or grow teams in new cities.

The average order value is about $50 = $12.50 commission per sale.
